Developed a basic LISP programming language from scratch in C.
Analyzed the emission spectrum of iodine with Mathematica, and gained useful insight about the electronic and vibrational states of the diatomic molecule.
Responsibilities included analyzing system-level effectiveness data for both friendly and threat air defense systems, as well as combat utility of those systems.
Supported the improvement and evolution of the COLUMBIA-class nuclear submarine during early stages of development of the Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Monitoring and Control (HMC) System.
Created a Fire Detection System (FDS) test platform to validate system configuration, later to be expanded to encompass the entire 100+ sensor system to be installed on the COLUMBIA-class nuclear submarine.
